CourtesyCall is an automated voice messaging system used by medical and dental facilities to allow patients to confirm or request rescheduling of appointments. The system is fully HIPAA compliant.  The key features are automated calling and comprehensive reporting. It allows offices to contact hundreds of patients quickly and easily, and then CourtesyCall generates reports that give the results of the previous day’s calls. The report will list each patient contacted and the results of the call (e.g. confirmed  or request rescheduling). This enables the administrative staff to fill cancelled appointments and adjust the schedule accordingly.
