JLS Telecom provides medical and dental patient appointment reminders with CourtesyCall

CourtesyCall’s purpose is to help medical offices:

· Save time and money with communications that are more efficient.

o Greatly reduces staff time spent on calling and confirming daily appointment schedules; office personnel simply uploads the list of daily appointments into CourtesyCall, which in turn calls patients for confirmation, then creates a daily report

Cost Benefit Analysis

· Missed appointments. CourtesyCall could more than pay for the monthly lease if it helps just 4 patients remember their appointment or allows office personnel to fill just 4 “no shows”

· Offset against postage expenses. At $.20 (twenty cents) for postage and $.03 (three cents) for appointment reminder cards, a doctor seeing about 100 patients a week will save enough on reminder cards to justify CourtesyCall
