JLS TELECOM, LLC is a company dedicated to giving personal service to all of its clients.  As with any information technology company, clients need technical assistance from time to time.   Because we are a smaller company, we can provide fast,  friendly customer service to our clients.  Our home office is in beautiful Rome, Georgia. Located as a center point between three metropolitan southern cities, Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Birmingham, Rome is rated among the best places to live, work, and do business in America.  JLS Telecom's philosophy is to listen and respond to its customers needs.

We Listen . . . .

Our flagship product, SchoolCall, has provided schools with an easy way to communicate to parents and students.  The award-winning Homework Hotline© portion of SchoolCall was designed with input from teachers and administrators.  JLS Telecom listens to its customers and provides them with products that are tailored to their changing needs.

We Respond . . . .

The medical, dental, and ophthalmology fields have benefited from our latest product, CourtesyCall.  It provides a sound way to deliver appointment reminders to patients, thus greatly reducing the number of "no-shows."  Two of our company's board members practice in the medical and dental fields, giving us first-hand knowledge of our clients' needs.  JLS Telecom responds to our clients' requests by taking suggestions provided by physicians and medical office personnel to make CourtesyCall efficient and easy to use.
